Storm Damage

We have a thorough understanding of the entire storm damage process. Our project manager’s work hand-in-hand with your insurance adjuster and yourself. We request one thing from you - be PATIENT. Considerable damage to your property will make you frantic and want you to put out the fire. Please complete research on companies before putting the fire out. Treat this dilemma similar to making a new, big purchase. A roof is one of your most expensive household purchases; so don't make a decision ignorantly. Our organization goal is still total satisfaction, whether you’re looking for a new roof because of want or due to storm damage.

Storm Damaging Events

  • HAIL Storms
  • Strong winds (Tornado-like episodes)
  • Destructive objects (trees, poles, satellites, or acts of God).

Each roof deteriorates gradually due to normal weather conditions even if they’re designed to withstand elements such as sun, rain, snow, wind, tear. The listed storm-damaging events above are more severe because Mother Nature is unpredictable. The past few years have brought forth hailstorms, tornado (Washington, IL), and snowstorms with over 60 inches. We recommend you follow the RPG plan for roof maintenance.

Storm Chasers!!

We stress patience because we know the horror stories associated with storm damage. Common stories of companies stealing homeowner's down payments, inadequate warranties, no liability insurance, or unprofessional roofers. Our goal is not to criticize these businesses, merely to notify you that this could happen. It's typical for them to be at your home within 5-8 hours after a severe hailstorm and before you know it you'll be signing a contract*. This contract isn’t a proposal; it's a contract to get your roof through them. So you are legally bound to get your new roof through them, even without them knowing your system or what you want.

Questions to ponder on chasers:

  • Correct installation
  • Quality of shingles
  • Warranty is valid (Manufacturer or Company?)
  • Correct installion
  • Follow OSHA safety regulation
  • Licensed or insured
